We work with a holistic approach to performance, where everything OFF ICE is a preparation for performance ON ICE. We use tools such as hybrid training, corrective training, injury minimization, warrior yoga to balance the right and left sides of the body due to the sport's built-in imbalance in terms of being right or left handed.

On the ice, it's about getting to know the game as it is played today in the best leagues. We focus on the fundamental elements we have learned, unfortunately not trained enough in comparison to just the surrounding foreign leagues. And understandably - there is simply no time for that.
